NOTE: The following summaries are allegations of incidents that have been reported and are under investigation.
2nd Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 9:00 p.m., Dec. 10, the victims (female, 21 and male, 24) were in the area of Schoolcraft and Cherrylawn, when they were approached by the suspect. He took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency and personal property. The suspect then allowed the victims to drive away and then he fired several shots at their vehicle striking the front side passenger window and shattering the glass.
WANTED: Suspect: Black male, 5’ 6”, 130 lbs., thin build, wearing a light brown and red skull cap, black jacket, black jogging pants and armed.

5th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 12:30 a.m., Dec. 12, in the area of Warren and Conner, the complainant pulled into a parking lot when the suspect jumped into her vehicle and placed a box cutter to her neck and ordered her to drive. The suspect then took the victim’s purse, ring, bracelet, an unknown amount of U.S. currency and various credit cards. The suspect then ordered the victim to pull over where he exited the vehicle.
WANTED: Suspect: Black male, 5’9”, dark complexion, black skull cap, black jacket with a hood, blue jeans, dirty white Nike gym shoes, black gloves and armed.

6th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 3:55 p.m., Dec. 8, in the 7000 block of Ashton, the 44-year-old female victim was approached by two armed men who attempted to rob her. The victim, who is a valid C.P.L. holder, fired her weapon at the suspects who fled after the shots were fired. Victim #1 was struck during the incident, it is unclear how. She is listed in temporary serious condition. The 24-year-old victim #2 was shot in another location near W. Seven Mile and Southfield, the circumstances surrounding this incident are unknown.

8th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 9:55 a.m., Dec. 8, the 29-year-old male victim was in the area of Seven Mile and Westmoreland, when the suspect fired three shots at him. None of the shots took effect. The suspect then fled the area in a gray older model Chrysler Mini Van, with accident damage on the driver side door.
WANTED: Suspect #1: Black male, medium complexion, wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood.

9th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 5:20 a.m., Dec. 8, the male victim was waiting at the bus stop near Seven Mile and Hickory when an armed suspect approached and robbed him. The suspect told the victim to run and then he fired three shots. None of the shots took effect. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from victim.
WANTED: Suspect: Black male, 20s, 5’-11”, 150 lbs., dark complexion, beard and mustache, wearing a black vest, black sweatshirt with a hood, black pants, white gym shoes and armed with a gun.

10th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES:
At approximately 2:40 a.m., Dec. 12, in the area of Linwood and Davison, the 46-year-old male victim was walking home when he was approached by two suspects. One was armed with a hammer. The victim was struck in the head and the suspects took his wallet, coat and hat and fled the location. The victim was listed in temporary serious condition.
WANTED: Suspect #1: Black male, 20, 6’0”, 170 lbs., wearing dark hooded sweat suit.
Suspect # 2: Black male, 20, 190 lbs., dark complexion, wearing black leather.

11th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 5:40 p.m., Dec. 12, in the area of State Fair and John R, the 40-year-old male victim was pumping gas when the suspect approached him. The two began to argue and suspect produced a weapon and fired a single shot striking the victim and then fled. The victim was listed in stable condition.
WANTED: Suspect # 1: Black male, 18-20, 5’7”, 160 lbs., dark complexion, wearing black hat with white letters, black jacket, white shirt, black pants and armed.

12th Precinct
CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 1:50 a.m., Dec. 9, in the 16000 block of Hartwell, the 22-year-old victim was returning home when a black Ford SUV pulled up next to the victim and announced a hold up, one of the suspects struck the victim in the head with a weapon the suspects took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency, and fled the location.
WANTED: Suspect # 1: Black male, light complexion, 6’-0” wearing Red Wings jacket, Red Wings knitted hat with white cotton ball top, light colored blue jeans and armed.
Suspect # 2: Black male, wearing a black ski mask, red wing jacket, armed.

CIRCUMSTANCES: At approximately 7:40p.m., Dec. 11, in the 940 block of Merton, the victim and perpetrator was driving down the street when the perpetrator struck him in the face. The complainant exited the vehicle and the perpetrator fled with the vehicle in an unknown direction. Taken were blue/gray 2005 Toyota Highlander, license plate 3JJP97, vehicle keys, cell phone, wallet, ID, and credit card.
WANTED: Suspect: Black Male, 20s, 5’8”, dark complexion, slim build; wearing unknown clothing.
