Dialog Direct, a marketing and customer engagement company, plans to hire 300 new employees at its Highland Park headquarters to support the company’s growth in the health insurance market.
The company has a set up a job hotline and will host a job fair on July 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 13700 Oakland Avenue, Highland Park.
“We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound customer service calls,” said DD Chief Operations Officer Rob Hyman. “We’ll provide comprehensive subject matter content and coach the team on ways to deliver the ideal customer experience with every call. Key job qualifications include excellent critical thinking and communication skills: verbal, written and computer. Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility are required.”
New hires will participate in a two to four-week paid training period, beginning in early September with additional training classes running until mid-November.
